  Received complaint from nearby business that McDonald's has removed their trashcans from the exterior perimeter. Now, trash is
  in front of where complainant works and he has to clean it up.
   
  I discussed the complaint with Kesha, McDonald's manager. She is aware of the complaint. She stated that the facility owner,
  Mr. Zee, removed the trashcan outside two days ago, but she does not know why it was removed or when it will be replaced.
   
  I called Mr. Zee and discussed the complaint with him. He stated the he removed the trashcan because it was broken and
  damaged. He will replace the trashcan as soon as possible because he wants to "be a good neighbor" to other area businesses.
  He will do his best to maintain the cleanliness of his parking lot to prevent trash from blowing onto other area properties.
  The McDonald's parking lot is clean today; no trash on exterior.
